RMA procedure and rules

RMA documents

Please fill in the RMA form completely and put it outside the package to the delivery note bag. Thank`s for your understanding, that we'll reject RMA shipments, when these documents are missing.

Processing time

To decrases the processing time we'd like you to fix a detailed description to each RMA item together with an invoice copy of us. If RMA returns cannot be assigned to you we'll also return without processing.

Packaging

Use the original or another transport secure packaging to return goods. Please also make sure, that nothing can be destroyed inside the package so that you don't loose your demand on the product. If you take off serial numbers or quality stickers you'll also loose your demand.

Proval of purchase

Products, that haven't been bought at 2direct won't be repaired or exchanged and will be rejected to you with an RMA fee of ? 25,00 plus VAT and freight costs.

Voucher

Products that are send without the voucher (please have a lokk in no. 2) will be also rejected to you with a fee of ? 15,00 plus VAT and freight costs.

RMA form

Note, that RMA returns with a detailed despription will decrease the processing time. If you follow this we can guarantee a short time of return.

Quotation

If your product is out of warranty time or it need to be repaired please note, that this quotation will be on your own costs.

Smaller faults

If we cannot find a fault we have the right to invoice this effectivly by expense. Costs, that have been caused the manufacurer will be also recharged to you.

DOA (dead on arrival)

If you receive a shipment and products are dead on arrival you need to return them in original packaging with any kind of accesorries and equipment. You also need to announce this returns. If you receive a product with a pick up service of the manufacturer please don't reject them to us and call the hotline no. within your territorry.

Transport costs

Costs for return and insurance of RMA to 2direct belong to the sender; back from us to you belong to 2direct. Unfranked shipments will be refused.

Special agreements

All other or special RMA agreements have to be fixed in written form with our service management.

Service documents

It is not allowed to use our service documents for credit notes or return of wrongly delivered items.

Out of warranty

Products, that are out of the warrany time will not be repaired or exchanged. If the warranty time of the manufacturer is different from our it obtains to us to repair or exchange. You'll have no claim on this.

Manufacturer warranty

Manufacturer warranty has the sense to protect the enduser. It's voluntary and not binding between you and us. Please note the specialities of each product within the manufacurer warranty card of each product.

Additional regulations

All other regulations are fixed within our general terms of trade.
